EDA Business membership is free annual membership in coordination with the UAE Maritime and Federal Authorities. Please refer to the EDA guidelines included in the Registration Form.

FREELANCE DIVE PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION
We would like to bring some freelance guidelines to your attention that will make your job as a freelance dive professional easier. The UAE enforces certain diving rules and regulations that are meant to increase diving safety. You must strictly adhere to these guidelines to avoid clashes with local governing bodies. Please read the simple bullet points in the Registration Guidelines link below and provide the required paperwork in your registration before you engage in scuba instruction.

CLEANUP ARABIA CSR & SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
Corporate & School Team Building Activities
If you are looking to give back and want to involve your company or school in environmental team activities, we will arrange a beach clean-up for you.
We will source a beach in need of TLC in Dubai or a neighbouring Emirate. Transportation to the location must be organised by the company or school.

Ocean rubbish is a serious problem that affects the health of people, wildlife, marine life and local economies. As a side mount to EDA’s annual campaign – Cleanup Arabia – we offer beach clean-up activities throughout the UAE’s cooler months between November and May.
The Ocean Conservancy
EDA is partners with the Ocean Conservancy for Cleanup Arabia’s activities. We submit the data the teams fill out onto the ICC (International Coastal Cleanup) forms provided during the clean-up to the Ocean Conservancy. The information is entered into their database to record the collections and the efforts we have made each year in the UAE. We all play a small part to make a big difference as part of this worldwide project.
